Terms and conditions as detailed in Personal Assistant Services Agreement, to be signed prior to commencement of services:

Normal business hours are billed at  $25.00 per hour, minimum four (4) hours per day.
Evening and weekend hours are billed up to $35.00 an hour, minimum two (2) hours per day.
Written invoice shall be provided to Client on the last day worked of each week.
Payment shall be made immediately upon receipt of written invoice to Client. 
A signed contract outlining all fees and services is required prior to performing any services.
